Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS — EXCHANGE ONLY FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we gladly offer an exchange if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (misprint, damaged item, incorrect item sent by our team).

To qualify for an exchange due to defects:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include photos showing the defect.

  • Once approved, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR WRONG SIZE / WRONG ORDER

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if:

  • You selected the wrong size

  • You selected the wrong color or style

  • You changed your mind after placing the order

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Prints are made to order, so we cannot modify or cancel once production begins.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Downloadable products

  • Health & personal care items

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

If an exchange is approved for a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement.

For cases not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (only when applicable).
